In the world of strong prey on weak, weakness is a trait to be wary of. Someone with such a disposition is bound to mess up any special day in their life. Same thing happened in this episode of Viral Hit, The Date.
Initiative
Hobin, the protagonist, was badly mugged off his phone in the previous episode. His confidant Snapper started a live stream on NewTube, of him getting back his thing.
Influenced by his viewers, Hobin attempted to do so. He went to get his phone back, from the muggers.
In this episode of Viral Hit, The Date, at this stage, Hobin is trying to break his shell of weakness and stand up for himself against the injustice done to him. He was trying to reverse the law of predation of human society.
Hobin soon hit a huge roadblock, as the mugger was way stronger than him.
He literally used his head as seen on the NewTube channel “dokugakukennka” to withstand blows from him and by repeatedly doing the same thing somehow passed the peril.
A new fact came to light to Hobin at this stage, in this episode of Viral Hit, The Date.
After this whole event, they received their first paycheck from video revenue, which was a little bit lower than Hobin’s expectation. He decided to upload more violence on his channel to get more viewers, but Snapper informed him too much violence in content can be the cause of demonetization.
After he received his revenue from his video, he planned to buy clothing.
Main attraction
Now comes the main attraction of this episode of Viral Hit, The Date. Hobin somehow managed to get a date with his past workplace idol Bomi and was getting prepared for that.
At this stage, he was again reminded of his own social standing, as he noticed that some purchases were very natural to Snapper, but were very difficult for him.
After everything was said and done, a fully prepared Hobin was waiting for Bomi on date day.
While waiting, he started streaming to pass the time, but couldn’t gather public attention.
Bomi came just in time to relieve him from his boredom and took him to have the greatest time of the day which made him forget his misery in life for some moment.

While having fun Hobin was also cautious of his surroundings, according to him he is not well suited for Bomi which was the exact thought of his surroundings.
Hobin’s inferiority complex of being in a socially lower level kicked in, which made Bomi think, Hobin lost interest in date.
After some explanation from Hobin, Bomi understood his disposition and they carried on with their fun date.
Twist
In their fun time an unexpected event happened in this episode of Viral Hit, The Date, Bomi got a call from his childhood friend with whom she lost contact a long time ago. An overjoyed Bomi revealed his identity.
He was the rookie MMA fighter of Hobin’s class, Munseong Kim, only whom his past bully Pakgo feared. To hide the fact that he was the target of a bully, he introduced Munseong Kim as his close friend not knowing he was standing right behind him.
