Hero, the word everyone admired at least once in their life. Someone dreams about those powerful individuals, who will appear in front of them miraculously as a sign of hope to save the day, while someone inspired by such individuals aspires to be one. In this episode of My Hero Academia season 7, we will see such an aspiring hero’s feat.
So without further ado, let’s dive in.
Previously…
All-for-one led Sigaraki Tomura into the path of a villain and made him challenge the authority of the hero society.
After the great battle with the villain Sigaraki Tomura and driving him away desperately, All-for-One schemed a new plot.
He released all of the dangerous prisoners with powerful quirks from the most dangerous prison into society to cause chaos.
In this chaos, All-for-One himself escaped the same prison.
Ex-hero and Midoriya Izuku’s teacher Gran Torino said, killing someone can be equal to saving that person sometimes.
The target was Shigaraki Tomura, with the quirk of making anything that touched him wither away.
Later, while the reconstruction of his body was going on, all-for-one, schemed and fixed one part of his consciousness using one of the quirks he previously absorbed.
After the completion of the process and housing two different consciousnesses inside him, he also gained multiple quirks absorbed by all for one.
This became detrimental to society and he became a hard-to-suppress target for heroes.
Midoriya Izuku now has two choices in front of him, to kill or not to kill.
Previously he was shouldering everything by himself, which soon wore him out.
Torn between these two, he took everything upon himself to eliminate every threat released by all-for-one into human society.
Midoriya’s desperate attempt to right all the wrongs while breaking down in the process both mentally and physically, All Might was concerned by that but he was helpless.
Finally, after Midoriya burned out his strength, his only place to return to remains  UA High, the school that he wanted to avoid.
He didn’t want to involve his friends in the dangerous path of the crusader he was walking.
But, What friends do is share each other’s pain. His friends did the same for him.
Next…
All-for-one started a prelude to destruction by releasing the inmates with quirks In My Hero Academia season 7.
As the number of villains with quirks increased, the quantity of heroes with quirks didn’t.
So, utter chaos took place. The law and order of Japan were compromised as we see in My Hero Academia season 7.
The pathetic condition of Japan became evident to other countries.
America was considering sending help to Japan.
Due to some diplomatic constraints, America was unable to take the initiative quickly.
In those deplorable conditions, All Might requested help from one of his American allies.
Star and Stripe
One such ally was Star and Stripe, the strongest female hero of America.
In her childhood, on a specific day, a villain was attacking the city. The villain also attacked her and her family.
A passing-by hero saved the day and her with her family.
That hero Was All Might in his student days as it was shown in My Hero Academia season 7.
Since then, “Star and Stripe” has been the devotee of All Might for life.
Star and Stripe have a quirk called “New Order”.
She can touch something and or say someone’s name to change reality by declaring a rule.
She couldn’t wait until the government permit to help Japan as his Idol All Might had called her.
As she was the top hero of America, she enjoyed some perks too. She had access to a flight squad.
She utilized that authority and took flight to Japan.
Plotting
On the other side, in a secluded location, All-for-one was hiding with Iguchi, a villain named Spinner, another villain in a team with Sigaraki Tomura.
“All-for-one” disclosed his ambition. Absorbing the ability of One-for-All, wasn’t only one of them.
He planned to incite all the villain organizations around the world which in turn would force all the major nations to help each other by weighing their conditions. This was the start of the disaster in the story of My My Hero Academia season 7.
In the process, America’s top hero “Star and Stripe” would come and he is waiting to absorb her power.
He tasked Spinner to assume the role of a leader, a public figure, and an anarchist.
Spinner’s involvement in the great battle of Shigaraki Tomura vs Heros was the point of attraction for all the people with quirks living in the greys.
The villain Re-Destro who dreamt of a society of free quirk usage, couldn’t complete his dream.
Now Spinner had to fulfill that dream.
Engage
As the Hero Association learned the news of Star and Stripe coming to Japan, they went to welcome her.
Current 1st rank hero Endeavor, 2nd rank hero Hawks, and 3rd rank hero Best Jeanist went off to do so.
Upon entering Japanese areal territories, Star and Stripe faced Shigaraki Tomura.
She first mistook him for All-for-one but was informed otherwise.
She was updated about Tomura’s upgraded ability also.
Previously he only could make everything wither away or destroy anything he touched.
Now he also has super strength and regenerative ability and can use EMP attack.
After hearing these, fighter planes around her, disengaged autopilot and activated anti-pulse fields around them.
First clash
The first thing “Star and Stripe” touched was air and the first order she used was the air 100 meters in front of her ceased to exist creating a vacuum. Tomura was in the range and was unable to move for a moment.
All-for-one’s consciousness inside him became more greedy for her quirk.
Star and Stripe didn’t stop at that and ordered her men to attack with laser beams which they did.
Tomura deflected and scattered This laser attack and regenerated his wound from the laser.
“Star and Stripe” held the deflected and scattered laser and issued another order before it could further damage the surrounding fighter plane and her comrades. As the new order was activated, the old order was deactivated.
To use her quirk properly, she had to touch Tomura, so she used close-quarter combat and knocked him back and with nice teamwork with her team was able to land him on a fighter plane.
She then pinned him down while calling his name, Shigaraki Tomura, and established a rule stating, that if he moved from there his heart would stop.
This order incited the battle going on inside Tamura’s consciousness. this happened due to the decision Ms.Star took in this first episode of My Hero Academia season 7.
The battle was for the existence, of Tomura’s vs All-for-one’s consciousness.
Due to his consciousness and its nature, he couldn’t be bound by her law this time.
There was a drawback to her quirk which is the name she calls should be the same name the owner perceives.
It was the same reason he couldn’t be affected by her quirk this time.
Last resort
After watching her strongest attack fail Star and Stripe realized something.
In this episode of My Hero Academia season 7, she realized Shigaraki Tomura wasn’t a threat only to Japan but to the whole world.
Tomura needed to be eliminated.
She requested the ultimate weapon from HQ.
For one last time, she established two different orders.
First was to harden the air into the thousand times of her size, and beat Tomura into a pulp with that.
Second, taking the laser beams from fighter planes into one.
Doing that to form Hyper-Max Output laser Keraunos.
Hitting Tomura with that, stopping him from regenerating.
Just after that, the weapon she requested arrived, State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise Missile, “Tiamat”.
Conclusion
This episode of My Hero Academia season 7, showed the feat of a powerful individual, Star and Stripe, and her conviction to protect.
