In Tower Of God season 2 episode 3, Jue Viole Grace has a test due since he doesn’t want to choose contenders to accompany him, which was imposed upon him by the examiner Love. If he passes he can proceed with the test alone as he wishes, if not he has to choose the remaining 7 members who will participate in the test with him going forward.
Previously in Tower Of God season 2 episode 2, Wangnan Ja chanced upon the sight of many familiar faces like the delivery boy, his loan shark, the contender for whose mistake he was out of the competition in the previous test the friendly fire Yihwa of Yeon family.
He saw some unknown faces also, like Prince son of the owner of the company from which Wangnan borrowed money, his attendant Robdevil.
The next test was simple, measuring one’s power according to the point using an orb made of Shinsu(water of god), in which whatever any of the other may have scored, Jue Viole Grace scored maximum, a whooping 134769pt placing him first among others.
Next, he had to choose another 7 members for his team to face the next challenge in the next part of the test, which he denied as he planned to face the test alone.
But, the rule is the rule, he couldn’t be an exception, so Examiner Love came up with a plan to design a game in which if Jue emerges victor, he may do as pleased, but if he lost, he must proceed as the rule stated and choose 7 members for the next part of the test.

Moments Before The Test
The test was yet to start, and everyone was relaxing with nothing to do, this is how Tower Of God season 2 episode 3 started.
There was no means of entertainment in the rooms, which meant for the resting of the contenders, and Wangnan Ja wasn’t a guy who could be satisfied with such a dull environment.
Well, there was that factor, that staying idle did make all of the contenders except Jue Viole Grace unsure about their future, so they were in much need of distractions.
On the other hand, as we saw in Tower Of God season 2 episode 2, the examiner Love was determined to eliminate Jue Viole Grace, who was an enemy of the Jahad family, a terrorist, and a member of FUG.
Oh, there was a funny situation in the room shared by Yihwa and Jue, Yihwa mistook Jue to be interested in her body, and was about to retaliate, but was left extremely embarrassed and fumingly angry since Jue straightly confirmed that he had no interest in her body.
On the other hand, there seemed to be no shortage of opportunists, such a contender approached seemingly innocent Minseng maybe with some ulterior motive as one of the contenders guessed, it was that person, who at the second test, tried forcefully retiring Minseng, that sly looking dude.
That was the reason, his reasoning didn’t hold any meaning to Minseng, instead, it made her cry instead, it was a mess, but was immediately resolved after a recreational time began with a card game discovered by that delivery boy named Nia.
All in all, due to the good time all the contenders(mainly team Wangnan) had, they were able to relax a bit before the test.
Rules Of The Test In Tower Of God Season 2 Episode 3
So finally the most awaited test in Tower Of God season 2 episode 3 starts, but before we go into what happens in the test, let’s learn about the rules.
The name of the test is “The Trustworthy Room”.
Teams of more than 7 players must secure 6 rooms.
Each room has a remote to select a leader and a gatekeeper, where the leader can recruit more allies from other rooms who will be known as fellows, he/she can also take over another’s room.
Authority over other allies gained by fellows and the room taken over by them will be transferred over to the leader, whereas, the duty of room security solely depends on the gatekeepers and rooms can be taken away from the gatekeepers only.
Leaders can select gatekeepers among their fellows, but they can’t be gatekeepers.
Romots in the rooms have two slots each, among them one of them is the leader’s slot, whereas the other one is the fellow’s slot, and it requires connecting the leader’s connector to slot one and the fellow’s connector to slot one each time and press the blue switch when the leader increase the number of fellows.
To take a room, the overtake needs to connect his/her connector to slot one, and in the second slot the gatekeeper’s connector needs to be connected, and then the red button on the remote needs to be pressed, the remote can also lock an unlock the rooms.
Quite a convenient tool, indeed.
It is also required for at least one person to remain in the room and it is advised against leaving the room with the remote.
The sixth room to acquire is 608, it is compulsory, by the way, it is the room, that Jue Viole Grace and Yihwa were sharing.
And finally which team gathers 6 rooms with more than 7 members will be declared the winner.
But, Jue Viole Grace had special rules applicable to him, his and Yihwa’s connectors are with Love the examiner, and to win Jue has to take the connector from Love and the remote from Yihwa.
However, there is another way for him to win, if due to the fight that may happen in the test, the examinee number reduces to under 7.
How Did The Test Go In Tower Of God Season 2 Episode 3?
As we learned the rules of the test it is time to see how the test turned out in Tower Of God season 2 episode 3.
First of all, it was everyone’s concern, that how to gather allies and rooms before Jue came to take those rooms over since he is quite a formidable opponent.
The first one to go out of the room was Goseng, making Minseng the gatekeeper of the room and warning her not to open the door at any cost until she returns.
Prince was one step ahead, he hid the remote to such a place that even his gatekeeper Robdevil couldn’t see and planned to ambush Jue.
On the other hand, Jue breezed through Yihwa and Prince who visited their room to take over, and got out of his room and made his way to Love.
Horyang Kang and that sly guy were sharing a room and both were contemplating going to check on Goseng and Minseong respectively.
The contender who approached Minseong before the test again knocked on the door, and was apprehended by that sly guy.
Minseong although didn’t trust him entirely, asked him to stay by the closed door as Minseong was scared.
In the meantime, both of them shared their reason for climbing the tower vaguely with each other, that was quite a touching moment.
Goseng went to Wangnan Ja and Nia’s room proposing an alliance, as a reason she said that, Wangnan gave her hope to climb the tower.
There was a shocking incident that came to light, Robdevil was found dead, while Prince was out of the room!!
Two new characters also appeared.
Finally
Jue Viole Grace had more concerning matters to handle in Tower Of God season 2 episode 3, more troubling than other contenders.
Love was hostile toward him, the reason was, that a person named Karaka recently became a slayer of FUG and participated in the test, since, he received a special assignment from FUG to kill specific contenders to help another specific contender to pass or fail all other contenders to be the only one to pass.
All this violation of rules was the reason for Love’s wrath on FUG and Jue was simply his outlet.
Love set a simple enough rule for Jue, which is, that there would be two pitching gloves both behind Love and Jue, and, among three chances, if Jue manages to catch the connector flying from one glove to another before reaching even once, he passes.
However, Love mixed some threats while explaining the rules to Jue.
The test started, and Jue missed the first two chances miserably.
Will Jue Viole Grace be able to pass the test or other players will defeat him?
To know the answer to that, stay tuned for the next episode…
