The story of I Parry Everything is getting more engaging, and in I Parry Everything episode 7 Noor faces his share of trial, and only by overcoming this can he become more accomplished.
Until now, even in the previous episode, Noor has faced monsters as his adversaries but in I Parry Everything episode 7 he first faces an expert human as his opponent who is hell-bent on taking his life.
Deadman Zado is the name of his opponent in this episode, an assassin with the right dose of insanity, and a different kind of devotion than Noor.
This Zado is depicted as someone whose very existence mocks Noor’s ideology about adventurers.
At last, a challenging character capable of questioning the protagonist’s conviction and morality.
So, it is essential to discuss I Parry Everything episode 7 to gain more insight into the resonance between the antagonistic character and the protagonist.

Clash Of Ideology Between Noor And Zado
Previous to I Parry Everything episode 7 all the battles Noor had were with monsters so the clash of emotions is severely lacking in those.
However, in this episode, his opponent is a human with a different ideology to be more precise the opposite ideology than him, which makes the total battle sequence more engaging and captivating with the display of different kinds of emotions and expressions.
Zado is an assassin who would do any task for the appropriate amount of money, that’s how this character is built, with his immense devotion to money and lack of the required conscience.
On the other hand, the protagonist Noor is the person who thinks an adventurer should always uphold justice and money isn’t a driving factor for him.
So, it is evident that their sets of ideals are entirely different and this episode shows this difference appropriately, by their expression which was the result of their inner emotions.
During their fight, be it his innocence or the ideology he strongly believes, any of those two characteristic traits of his made Noor incapable of understanding the intention of Zado, as he kept on assuming Zado was a creditor who was supposed to get that “Poison Toad”(Black Death Dragon) as delivery and kept apologizing to him!!
On the other hand, Zado couldn’t accept the innocence of Noor at face value and had a misconception about him and thought of him as some nutcase.
This situation only transpired because of the unsuitable with each other and the flip-side-of-the-coin-like ideologies of both Zado and Noor, which caused an unavoidable clash.
Different Kind Of Battle In I Parry Everything Episode 7
The battle in I Parry Everything episode 7 isn’t the battle for survival like any other battles shown in the previous episodes in this series, well at some degree it is a battle of survival but there is also another cause of battle of ideology.
As discussed earlier, Zado and Noor have two entirely different ideologies that aren’t compatible with each other, so each action during the battle had their intent behind them.
The intents were like disbelief and confusion.
So along with all those expressions on Zado and Noor’s faces and in words the battle continues, where each of the moves of both of them was more dynamic and well refined since that was a battle between two experts, not with some monsters who only moves according to their basic instinct.
In the previous episode, Noor was defending himself and Rolo from the AOE attack of Black Death Dragon, but this time the attack of an expert assassin was totally focused on Rolo, which made it more difficult for Noor.
So, in I Parry Everything episode 7, we can see more of Noor’s skillful parry which competes against Zado’s assassination moves with the addition of his magical spell.
In this episode, Ines also was an addition to the fighting force against Zado, well, I guess lots of viewers were waiting to see her in a full frontal battle instead of only protecting Lynne with her OP shields.
Zado As An Antagonist
Zado as depicted in I Parry Everything episode 7, isn’t some fixed villain, but an antagonist of Noor, at least in this episode.
The character shades of Zado are quite interesting as he is shown as a common hitman we could find anywhere but a bit overpowered and with a few screws loose.
All he does in this episode is put forward the effort to fulfill the task at hand corresponding to the money he received or will receive.
What is more interesting about this character is that despite having enough capabilities he doesn’t strive for more power, but his only goal is more money.
Zado is shown to possess such power to decimate an entire army single-handedly, so the most obvious ambition of such a character should be something like a coup d’etat to overtake a country, but he has an obsessive-compulsive disorder to earn more money.
Though when money isn’t related he doesn’t give a damn about what happens, he likes people like him, in short nutjobs.
That was shown after the conclusion of Zado’s fight with Noor, which stopped for the sole reason of Zado’s unanimous decision just because he liked Noor’s personality which, as he mistook Noor’s innocence as his craziness.
At that time Zado gave free info about the upcoming peril of capital, which was further confirmed by Rolo by the way, which was about a bigger monster, which was later shown to be a Dragon Of Calamity.
Well, all in all, unlike all other anime where antagonistic assassins are shown to be either too professional or as crazy slaughtered, Zado is instead a money-crazed nutjob.
Final Thought
After watching I Parry Everything episode 7, it became evident that it is the by far most engaging and eventful episode, which focuses on the protagonist and antagonist equally.
One could say, the antagonist gets the spotlight more in this episode, that’s why it could be said to have a more unique approach.
Either way, this episode is definitely a nice one to watch which stimulates curiosity to know what will happen next since the legendary dragon has shown up already in I Parry Everything episode 7.
