My Hero Academia episode 155 shows a transition of focus on the heroes, which was on villains in the previous episode.
In the previous episode, everything started to go awry after Kurogiri got released and warped Toga Himiko’s clones to different locations as she transformed into Bubaigawara Jin and started Sad Man’s Parade.
Well, it was evident at that point that the story took an unexpected turn which was very different from heroes winning overwhelmingly, and above all, the focus of that episode was entirely on glorifying villains and their causes.
However, there was some light at the end of the dark tunnel at the very end of that episode, which as a result, connected to the My Hero Academia episode 155.
So this time it’s turn for the heroes to turn the table to maintain the continuity of this series, and this episode does just that.

However, this episode does keep the winning streaks of the heroes to a limit, which is actually the right way to present, it since, if heroes suddenly start to overwhelm the villains after being badly pushed back by them just in the previous episode, then neither it will be believable nor dramatic.
Now, there is one instance that foreshadows something more in the favor of the heroes, in which Kurogiri goes berserk and starts to doubt his mission and belief.
This subtle effort to add an element that could add to the further progress of the hero team’s overall combat power and in turn make the heroes gain the absolute upper hand on the villains in the episodes to come, is a good addition to this episode.
Besides that, miscellaneous battle sequences of the other minor heroes and some of the major heroes who were not much focused on this episode weren’t absolutely in disarray in the department of choreography and arrangement.
So, after watching the heroes fight back in My Hero Academia episode 155 it’s kind of clear that the overall situation of the story is displayed quite flawlessly and without any discrepancies.
