Two Major Events In Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest Episode 11
As I said before, Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11 mainly focuses on the battle events involving Lucy and Natsu and the incidents surrounding those events.
Up till now, in any of the Fairy Tail seasons, from such an early stage, there never were Lucy-centric battle sequences and events.
However, from some episodes ago, and especially in this episode Lucy somewhat gets near the center stage, using her fight with Lihanna, Mirajane, and Elfman as leverage.
Dragon Eater Guild’s members get involved this time, raising the stakes.
Among the chaotic battle between villainized Fairy Tail members like Lihanna, Elfman, and Mirajane, the group against the Zodiac Lineup of Lucy against the Dragon Eater Guild members, Lucy managed to remain ever so noticeable due to the way the overall event is set up.
Like, Mirajane’s enmity turned toward Dragon Eater Guild members as soon as the Lihanna clone created by Gemini whose master is Lucy was harmed, so indirectly, Lucy became one of the reasons for the battle between villainized Fairy Tail members like Mirajane with Dragon Eater Guild members.
Besides that, if we exclude Dragon Eater Guild member’s involvement, Lucy alone utilizing her Zodiac Lineup like Virgo, Capricorn, Leo, and Taurus showed enough spectacle to entertain the viewers.
Now the most important event of Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11 needs discussion, that is, Natsu vs Wreath battle.
It’s a unique battle that is very unlike Fairy Tail style, where Natsu gets an out-of-body experience and simply fights a specter.
Well, as simple as the situation may sound it isn’t, in fact, even before the battle starts, some major and emotional event takes place, that, kind of, takes center stage in Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11.
First of all, at first glance, after Natsu’s soul is extracted by Wraith, he seems to have gone to the afterlife, but soon Zeref and Mavis show up to explain to him that it was a space built inside his consciousness to facilitate his desires.
All of Natsu’s desires like seeing Igneel one more time, and seeing his nephews, August, Larcade, etc. were fulfilled to some extent.
This quite out-of-the-box approach made this event more valuable to Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11 since there wasn’t any precedent of any situation such as this in any of the previous Fairy Tail seasons if we exclude Natsu and other first-generation Dragon Slayer Mage’s origin shown in previous Fairy Tail seasons.
But what happens during the battle between Wraith and Natsu, after Natsu gets in a few blows, is not so much as exciting, as expected, Wraith tries to possess some powerful individual predictably, and the villainized Fairy Tail Guild Master gets caught in the scheme.
Before that serious event, there was also a funny event, in which Wraith possessed Happy for a few minutes before being punched out by Natsu, and returned the favor with a sarcastic comment about Natsu abusing the pet.
So, both of these events being the focus of Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11, do absolutely best to up the entertainment value of this season.
Final Thought
Besides those two crucial events in Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11, many other small events took place in this episode, like Lexus decimating one of the Dragon Eater Guild members, Wendy’s humorous effort to fight Nebaru while being in an egg-shaped cocoon, Jellal’s attempt to elope with Erza, all of these events adds a little bit of spice to the main story of Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11.
So, including all of the events that were shown in Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest episode 11, the overall vibe is not so different than usual, like, fairy Tail, but what made the difference is the details and the way it was presented and at the end, there is also one proper cliffhanger, that makes one hope for an exciting next episode.
