Tower Of God Season 2 Episode 4 Review: Chaos

Posted on July 30, 2024August 8, 2024 By swetabjya No Comments on Tower Of God Season 2 Episode 4 Review: Chaos

The test that would affect Jue Viole Grace’s decision for the next test, was underway and is expected to conclude in Tower Of God season 2 episode 4.

Previously in Tower Of God season 2 episode 3, the most awaited test started which was all about capturing room from other teams.

The first target was Jue Viole Grace and Yihwa’s room, which was targeted by Prince, and failed.

However, Jue had another target set for him, the examiner Love, and he approached him.

The next target was Minseng in the absence of Goseng, who was approached by an unknown player and was saved by that sly-looking dude.

Goseng allied with Wangnan Ja.

In the meantime, an unfortunate event unfolded, Robdevil was found dead in the room and two new characters appeared.

On the other hand, Jue Viole Grace was given three chances to succeed against examiner Love; two chances failed.

After all this happening, to know, what more happens next, keep an eye on Tower Of God season 2 episode 4.

Jue Viole Grace Facing Examiner Love In The Test

As we saw in the previous episode, Jue Viole Grace was facing the examiner in the test and he failed to capture his target twice, the connector for his remote, which would allow him to pass, Tower Of God season 2 episode 4 will show the remainder one chance he has left with.

Examiner Love is extremely obsessed with the elimination of any FUG members, which can’t only be from his sense of duty towards the Jahad royal family, right?

There has to be another reason, and that reason was pure and simple revenge.

His family was killed by FUG previously, which incited the avenger inside him.

However, more than that, he was curious about, why Jue joined FUG.

We all know the reason at this point, right?

What else could it be if not meeting with Rachel once again, however, he didn’t reveal any specific name to Love.

But, when Love asked if the reason for the meeting was revenge, Jue had no clear answer, as he wasn’t sure until he met her.

Putting that aside, it was the time for the last chance to pass the test for Jue, thus the last chance where the connector would be thrown toward the pitching glove initiated again, and this time also Love seemed to have the upper hand.

However, the connector was out of both of their reach.

As for what happens next, we will learn shortly.

Other Contenders Facing Hardship In Tower Of God Season 2 Episode 4

Jue Viole Grace was facing examiner Love, but it is also paramount to learn about what was happening on the other side, with the other contenders.

In the previous episode, everything started to go off the rail as Robdevil was found dead, now let’s see what happened in Tower Of God season 2 episode 4.

Two new characters were introduced in the previous episode, so they would inevitably come into play in this scenario.

One of those could take over others’ bodies and the other could mimic the voices of others, so they used their ability jointly and fixed their first target of elimination to be Yihwa.

On the other hand, seeing his bodyguard dead, Prince had to take the key for safeguarding instead of keeping hidden in his room, and as if waiting for this chance supposedly dead Robdevil struck him!!

It seemed all of the death farce was a ploy between Robdevil and Mr. Kim!!

Amongst all this deceit, the team of Wangnan was smoothly taking over rooms one by one and managed to claim five rooms under their grasp.

However, things started to go haywire from that point on, Mr. Kim seemed to have taken over Wangnan’s room, which was being guarded by Nia, and as per Mr. Kim, Nia voluntarily helped him to do so!!

Why Nia did betray Wangnan?

Well, the reason was simple, he was under the threat of Mr. Kim.

One of the closest people to Nia was held captive to debt under Mr. Kim, which made him join the test of the tower which he had long given up on, and his task was to abstract others who could become potential obstacles to Mr. Kim’s progress.

However, Kim was quite cruel with his method, since he never had the intention to let the hostage go free even after Nia completed his task and took the chance to kill Nia off.

This situation does make one question the true essence of the Tower, does it exist to fulfill one’s wish or to make one lose his/her hope?

It was total chaos.

However, Wangnan Ja wasn’t so easy of an opponent, he had climbed the tower until now only with his grit and wit, so he had to make a decision, that could lead his team to victory and help him get revenge for Nia.

When God Doesn’t Answer, Make A Deal With The Devil

Tower Of God, a place that was supposed to grant one’s wish, but in exchange it was taking all hope from the challengers, so no one could blame one if they made a sweet deal with the devil.

The devil in Tower Of God season 2 episode 4 is, no doubt, Jue Viole Grace, and he was the only shot for revenge on Mr. Kim.

Wangnan approached the test venue of Jue without much prior thinking and made a surprising move.

Here we will discuss what happened in the last half of Jue’s test.

Wangnan betted everything on Jue and took the connector which was out of reach of both the examiner Love and Jue, and did put forward a condition.

The condition was, that if Jue deals with Mr. Kim and his team, he will return the connector to him.

Mr. Kid wasn’t sitting idle all this while, he approached his next targeted room, Prince’s room with his minions

In the meantime, Horyang Kang took the chance to recover their loss by trying to take over the room occupied by Robdevil and Prince, where Prince was being one-sidedly pummelled by Robdevil.

He had to get involved in some scruffle with Yihwa who was being controlled by someone else, but managed to make his way inside the room with the help of Jue who managed to take out that parasitic individual from Yihwa’s body and eliminate him.

Good for him, as he managed to corner Kim.

Horyang Kang’s intervention worked wonders, as he didn’t have to make much effort to subdue Robdevil.

Horyang Kang’s wrath was something worth seeing.

He managed to take over the room, that’s what counts.

On the other hand, it was as if a devil had taken over Wangnan since he jumped on Kim as if there was no tomorrow.

Wangnan since he jumped on Kim

A Decision Makes All The Difference

Mr. Kim was nearing the end and had enough reason to be in that situation, but he also had his reasons.

All the misfortunes, as shown in Tower Of God season 2 episode 4, originate from the megalomaniac boss of the company for which he was forced to work as a loan shark after being forced with an unjust debt.

He had to give up on his chance to challenge the tower, but when it came to the bosses’s son the boss didn’t shy away from making use of Kim to allow a smooth passage for his son.

So, as Kim was nearing the threshold of his limit of endurance, he decided to flip the table and go all out for the overwhelming victory by putting down Prince, according to him, Nia was a small sacrifice in the grand plan of his.

However, his misery doesn’t justify his capitalizing on others’ hope, this was Wangnan’s opinion, and Wangnan had to decide either to pass the ultimate judgment on Kim or settle the matter in another way.

However, he did something different, he decided to forgive him, since he felt that, he needed to change the treacherous culture of the tower, and he was aiming to do so once reaching the top of the tower and becoming the top of everyone.

So, his decision helped him to stay true to his resolve, and that is all it takes to make a difference.

Finally

After the critical period was over in Tower Of God season 2 episode 4, all that remained was the festivity offered by Love.

The winners were Jue Viole Grace, Wangnan Ja, Minseng, Goseng, Horyang Kang, that sly-looking guy who had the name of Akraptor, Prince, and Yihwa.

However, there was something else was going on among the higher up of the tower and FUG.

To know, what mystery will unveil in the next episode, stay tuned…
